Information

Camping Natura le Quite, nestled in the mountains of the Abruzzo National Park, is located in Villetta Barrea (AQ).

Lapped by the river Sangro and only a few hundred metres from the beautiful Lake Barrea, the campsite has no predefined pitches. In the village, which can be reached in three minutes on foot via a convenient walkway, you can find shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and a pharmacy.
Le Quite is equipped with Turkish toilets, a toilet for the disabled, a children's toilet and hot showers.

It is permitted, with the necessary precautions, to light small fires on the ground or use barbecues and stoves, even collecting wood that has fallen in the surrounding woods.

You can park your car on the pitch or in a special car park within the grounds. Characteristic of the campsite are the deer that frequent it daily and graze placidly not far from the tents. In short, you are immersed in the wild nature of the Park and this allows you to spot animals and go birdwatching.

From the camp site there are several marked trails along some of the most important routes in the park. In addition, just a few kilometres from the campsite you can visit Camosciara, Val Fondillo and Scanno, to name but a few of the most beautiful attractions in the Abruzzo National Park.
