Silvi Marina
Silvi was defined by D'Annunzio as 'the pearl of the Adriatic' and still remains one of the most welcoming towns on the Teramo coast. The wide beach, which stretches for over 6 km, is lapped by a clean sea that is a paradise for children, but a pleasure for all holidaymakers.
The town also enjoys an enviable location at the foot of the hills and just a few kilometres from a city like Pescara. Those who choose Silvi to spend their holidays therefore have a wide range of opportunities at their disposal and do not run the risk of getting bored.
Approximately 4 km from the sea is the old town, perched on a hill with a breathtaking view. The old town retains the architectural features of times gone by, preserving all their charm. Centuries-old traditions remain alive here, commemorated each year with unique events that always attract a high number of visitors and tourists.
As far as accommodation is concerned, the campsites and villages in Silvi offer excellent facilities both for those who love the coolness and peace of the hills and for those who want to be a stone's throw from the beach!
